SEC FILING ALERTS · SELF-SERVE

See the filings that matter to your watchlist.

FilingWatch monitors SEC EDGAR for the companies you care about, then sends clean, source-linked alerts when something lands. Lighter than a terminal. Sharper than doing it by hand.

Source-linked to SEC EDGAR. No login to preview. No sales call.

GO DEEPER

Use the home page to orient. Use the subpages to decide.

Pricing, FAQs, and mode-specific detail live on their own pages. The home page should make the product legible, then get out of the way.

PRICING

FAQ

A short sample of the questions that matter.

The full FAQ lives on its own page. This version keeps just enough here to help someone decide whether the product is worth a closer look.

Q01What filings are covered?+
Forms 4, 8-K, 13D, 13G, 10-K, 10-Q, S-1 and DEF 14A. 8-K filings are item-level filterable. 10-K and 10-Q support keyword rules on MD&A and risk factors. Every alert links back to the source document on sec.gov.
Q02How fast is “fast”?+
In-app alerts appear within roughly a minute of EDGAR publishing. Email delivery depends on your plan — alert-by-alert is near-real-time; daily summaries go out once per day. We do not promise millisecond latency — that is a trading-system claim, not a monitoring claim.
Q03Is this investment advice?+
No. FilingWatch surfaces public filings from SEC EDGAR. We do not generate recommendations, price targets, or portfolio guidance. What you do with the signal is entirely your call.
