PRICING

Two plans. No sales call.

Plan limits are enforced at save-time, not at first click — you can design the setup you want before committing. If Pro does not pay for itself in five minutes of work a week, you should stay on Free.

PRICING QUESTIONS

The awkward ones.

Written plainly, because nobody wants to chase answers about money.

Q01What counts as “mixing” alert types?+
If you want Form 4 insider alerts and 8-K event alerts on the same watchlist, that is mixing. Free gives you one at a time. Pro lets you combine all four.
Q02What happens if I downgrade?+
Your watchlist and alert history stay intact. You will be asked to pick one alert type to keep active and trim down to 10 companies. Everything else pauses — it does not get deleted.
Q03Is there a free trial of Pro?+
No trial, but cancel-any-time billing and a clear Free tier serve the same job. If Pro is not useful in the first month, cancel before renewal. Refund requests within 14 days are approved by default.
Q04Are there annual or student discounts?+
No annual or student discount today. The free plan already covers 10 companies, which is usually enough for coursework or personal research.
Q05Why no team plan?+
Team tooling means seats, admin consoles, SSO, audit logs — a different product. FilingWatch is intentionally narrow. If your team needs shared monitoring, a broader platform is a better fit.
TRY IT FIRST

Set it up. Then decide.

You can get through the full onboarding — watchlist, alert types, delivery preferences — on Free. Upgrade only if the setup you designed needs Pro.
